HICAPS provides you with efficient and easy payment processing from your private health fund and Medicare by allowing you to claim automatically at our practice. So if you have private dental health insurance, remember to bring your health insurance card so we could claim for your treatment on the spot using HICAPS. This would mean you only pay the gap fee.

The Child Dental Benefits Schedule (CDBS) gives eligible children access up to $1,052 in benefits per child for dental services received over two consecutive calendar years. Find out if you're eligible here.
Department of Veterans’ Affairs (DVA):
If you have a DVA Health Card, please present your DVA Gold or White Health Card at the beginning of a dental consultation or before you receive treatment. Our team will assess your needs and provide treatment if necessary, under DVA arrangements.

The Oral Health Fee For Service Scheme (OHFFSS) allows public dental services in NSW to outsource treatment to private dental practitioners.
When a patient requests dental treatment they are prioritised for care and may receive treatment at a public dental clinic, or if appropriate, be given the option to receive the treatment from a private provider (using an OHFFSS voucher).
Note that the decision to provide treatment within a public dental clinic or by issuing a voucher lies with the public dental service, and is assessed on a case-to-case basis.
